Ark Advisory

About

Built the hard way. Before the AI era.

Ark Advisory was founded by Jeremy Cabral, co-founder of Finder. The credibility comes from more than 20 years scaling systems, technology, product, growth and operations—not from a deck of AI predictions.

The story

Jeremy Cabral, founder of Ark Advisory

Jeremy co-founded Finder (finder.com.au) and helped bootstrap it to more than $100M in revenue, a $650M valuation, and a team of 600-plus people across two decades. No outside playbook, no AI to lean on. Just the slow, expensive work of figuring out what actually grows a business.

That last part matters. Finder was built before any of this AI tooling existed. Every process was designed by hand, tested in market, and rebuilt when it broke. You learn things that way that you cannot learn from a model. You learn which problems are worth solving and which are noise dressed up as urgency.

In 2026 Jeremy stepped back from his operational role at Finder to advise founders full time. Sydney-based, working with executives and founders who are making real decisions about AI and growth, not collecting opinions.

Ark exists because the market got the order of operations wrong. The temptation is to buy automation and hope it fixes the business. It rarely does. The work is the same as it has always been: understand the business, fix what is broken, and only then reach for the tooling.

What Ark believes

Fix the process first. Automate what proves itself.

The technology matters, but the order of operations matters more. These principles keep the work connected to commercial outcomes.

Fix your foundations before automating

Most agencies sell automation first, then automate whatever is in front of them. If the process is broken, all you have done is make the mess run faster. We diagnose first.

A broad business lens

AI is one lever. Pricing, positioning, the funnel, how a team actually works day to day, these move the number too. We look at the whole business, not just where an agent can be dropped in.

Democratise the capability

We would rather teach your team to use these tools than charge you an AI tax through expensive per-agent solutions. The goal is to leave you more capable than we found you.

The approach

Diagnose. Experiment. Automate.

The same three steps on every engagement, whether the answer turns out to be an agent or a better way of working.

01

Diagnose

We map your processes, data, and systems to find what is working, what is broken, and where the biggest opportunities sit. No automation, no tooling decisions, just an honest read on the business.

02

Experiment

We review how the process currently works, then run a focused pilot. It proves the improvement and quantifies the impact before a line of automation gets written.

03

Automate

Only the proven processes get automated, with Claude Skills, custom MCP servers, and the right workflows. Then we measure the outcome and keep improving it.

Why “Ark”

Strong foundations, so growth compounds instead of cracking when you scale.

Build on weak foundations and every bit of growth adds load to something that was always going to give way. Build on strong ones and the same growth compounds. That is the whole idea behind the name.

The arc is our signature. The horizon is our direction. One marks where you stand, the other marks where the work is taking you.
