Ark Advisory
AI Opportunity Audit

Find where AI actually moves the needle.

A focused 1:1 diagnostic of your business. We map the opportunities, rank them by impact, and hand you a roadmap you can act on. It is the front door to everything else, whether that becomes implementation or a seat in Executive Ark.

Discuss the auditScope and fit are discussed privately before any engagement begins.
What it is

Two hours, one on one, spent pulling apart how your business runs and where AI earns its place.

No generic AI maturity scorecard. We look at your real processes, your data, and the work your team repeats every week, then point at the few places worth spending on. You leave with decisions, not a reading list.

Who it's for
  • Executives ready to move AI from slides into production
  • Founders deciding what to build, what to buy, and what to ignore
  • Operators tired of automation pitches that skip the diagnosis
The process

Fix your foundations before automating.

The diagnosis and prioritisation happen in one focused session. We turn the decisions into a structured written plan within a few days.

01

Diagnose

We cut through the noise across your processes, data, and systems to find the constraint—or untapped opportunity—most likely to change the commercial outcome. It is rarely where the loudest problem points.

02

Experiment

We review the current manual process to understand how the work actually happens, surface the friction and edge cases, and test the proposed improvement before anything is automated.

03

Automate

Only the processes that earned it get automated. You spend on what works, not on a build that looks good in a deck and breaks in week three.

What you receive after the audit

Decisions made together. A written plan delivered after.

All four deliverables are included. We make the calls in the two-hour session, then turn them into a structured written pack delivered within a few days.

A prioritised opportunity map

Every candidate ranked by impact and effort, so you know what to do first and what to leave alone.

A roadmap

A sequenced plan that ties each opportunity to an owner, an outcome, and a rough order of build.

Quick wins

The things you can ship this week, usually with Claude and Claude Skills, before any custom build.

Build-vs-buy clarity

Where an off-the-shelf tool is enough, where a custom workflow pays for itself, and where to do nothing.

Questions

Two hours, one on one. We walk through your business, your processes, and where the friction lives. In the room we diagnose the constraint, rank the highest-impact opportunities, identify quick wins, and make the key build-vs-buy calls. We then turn those decisions into the written opportunity map and roadmap.

The working session is two hours. The structured opportunity map, roadmap, quick wins, and build-vs-buy guidance arrive within a few days, so the thinking is captured rather than lost in your notes.

The executive sponsor should attend, along with one or two people closest to the process or systems under discussion. You do not need every department in the room. If you are removed from the day-to-day work, bring the operator who can explain how it actually runs; you provide the decision context while they provide the detail.

No. This is a business diagnostic, not a technical one. You bring the knowledge of how your business runs and where it hurts. We translate that into what is worth building, in plain language you can take to your team.

The audit is the front door. It is how we scope implementation properly rather than guessing. If you already know exactly what you want built, book a call and we can talk about going straight to delivery.

Get started

Start with the decision, not a package.

Tell us where the business is stuck. We will confirm whether an Opportunity Audit is the right first move and shape the scope around the problem.
